Dear ECT,
My medical records and X-rays at http://www.geocities.com/terryparkerjr/ disclose unauthorized “psychosurgical” and “brain implant” experimentation, without informed consent nor parental
knowledge. This information correlates with the C I A MK-ULTRA project of “psychosurgical” and “brain implant” researcch upon “unwitting subjects”. Those unwitting subjects, being myself, and other children I witnessed at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children
1969-1972. Nov. 15,1989, the patient advocate informs me that unauthorized lobectomy upon children who suffer epilepsy, is a “on-going problem”.
A problem which is subject to damage control and concealment, while our media, like 1968, proclaims
“BRAIN SURGERY” as “NEW CURE” for epilepsy.
In reality, this new cure for epilepsy, is nothing more than a front, for unauthorized C I A MK-ULTRA
experimentation, not condusive for epilepsy.
I thought ECT should be informed, on how we exploit children for unauthorized brain surgical experimentation.
