- This gallery, which takes its name from Vincent Van Gogh's homeopathic doctor Paul Gachet, has played a distinct and innovative part in the Vancouver arts community ever since it was formed in 1992. Gallery Gachet, funded by the Ministry of Health and established as a non-profit society in 1996, is a co-operative for artists who have experienced mental health issues or are survivors of abuse. -
