Eucharistic Ecclesiology
Richard G. DeClue, Jr.
Eucharistic ecclesiology explains the mystery of the Church in light of the Church’s close relationship to the sacrament of the Most Holy Eucharist. Thus, eucharistic ecclesiology discusses ways in which the Church’s origin, nature, structure, and mission are connected to the Eucharist or, more broadly, how the two mysteries—the Church and the Eucharist—are intimately bound together.
